What is exactly a set?
Our sets include invites and envelopes, text print and putting together the invites. This means that your invites are ready to be mailed as soon as you receive them, with no gluing, cutting or putting together needed from your behalf. The envelopes are white or beige with an elegant feel.
What about other wedding stationery (accessories)?
We will be happy to provide you with Reply (RSVP) cards, Thank you cards, Table cards, Menu cards and napkin holders designed to follow each of the set's style. Just let us know which ones you want and we'll make them. Some of these also include envelopes.
How do you print the text on invites?
We provide you with the printing services completely free of charge. We print using a professional printing facility to achieve that great looking finish. Your invites can also be left blank, if you want to write them in hand.
How long does it take for invitations to arrive?
We'll make your invites 7-28 days from your order, which depends on the time of the year and quantity ordered. You should know that spring/summer months (May, June and July) are the busiest wedding-wise, so plan ahead and order your invitations on time. If you're in a rush, consider our special offers – planned especially fro those with no time to spare. Once the invite sets are made, we'll ship them via UPS. We'll send you the tracking number so that you can track your shipment all the way.
Do you have a return policy?
Sorry, but we do not offer a return policy, since every and each one of our cards and invites is hand made. This means we do not employ any technology apart from scissors, needles and glue to make our invites. Therefore you can't get your money back. In an unlikely event of your name being printed wrong or the color you chose being made out wrong (ex. Blue instead of yellow), we'll refund your money or make new invites. You have to prove this by supplying us with an e-mail or other means of communication where it clearly states that we didn't go by your instructions. Please do contact us if this happens.
How many invitations should I order?
You should order at least one invite per family/couple you're inviting. We suggest you order a couple of more invites 'just in case', because you might remember that old uncle of yours or a work colleague when your order is already on its way. We have a minimum order policy, and the re-ordered invites will be treated as a new order (postage and packing also).
Can you print invites in other languages?
In most cases we can, but some languages can be a challenge for us too. The best way to insure your invites are spelled correctly is to send us the letter type (font) and the text as well. We also reed proof the invites by you just before printing them.
